Governor Signs IIA of IL Legislation Authorizing Webinars for Ethics CE Requirement
In August, Governor Rauner signed Senate Bill 2513, an IIA of IL initiative creating an Education Advisory Council within the Department of Insurance. Within the bill, was a legislative change authorizing live webinars, in addition to classroom, as an acceptable method of completing the three-hour Ethics requirement. IIA of IL offers several webinars each month which meet this new requirement. Check them out and register here. For more information on the Advisory Council, read the article we originally ran in e-Weekly.
